System Integrator

Primarily responsible for the production, integration and logistics process: production of software; integration and testing of systems; testing of individual components; packing and shipping of the product or solution to the client; finding and implementing the most appropriately economical shipping solutions for the company and the client; on site installations. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: installation of equipment racks, screens, microphones, desktop computers, mounting cameras, performing software installation, pulling, terminating and labeling cables, operating hand and power tools, configuring networking devices. 

Other responsibilities will include problem solving, equipment testing, technical support assistance, and interacting with clients in person, electronically and by phone. 

In office, time will consist of maintaining production inventory, sales support, logistics, pre-production, integration and testing, and additional duties as assigned by management. Most work is performed Monday thru Friday with occasional evening and weekend work (some travel required).

Qualifications

  • The System Integrator must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and some college. Training in related fields such as electrical engineering, technical business administration, data processing, networking, etc., is strongly preferred.
  • Abililty to travel regularly, approximately 50%, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work, depending on the needs of our clients. You must be able to climb ladders, lift heavy objects and perform other similar tasks.
  • Capacity to understand the implications and consequences of the actions taken by yourself and your team members; ability to transfer information, written and oral, in an accurate manner to fellow employees and to clients; working knowledge of Microsoft Of
  • Applicants must be reliable, have a clean driving record and be able to travel internationally (U.S.A. and Canada)
