The job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technical Writer who cooperates with all stakeholders to produce helpful documentation for our users. Our applications are used for behavioral research worldwide, and our documentation is crucial for the successful practice of our applications.

In this challenging position you continuously get the best out of the team, the company but most of all out of yourself!

  

Your challenge

You will write documentation that answers our users’ questions and fulfills their needs so they can excel with our applications in their research. You will analyze what our users need to work with. You will learn our software to the smallest detail and translate your acquired knowledge into attractive, searchable and helpful documentation.

Typically you

  • Academic level
  • Knowledgeable in writing technical documentation
  • Understand users’ information needs
  • Good command of the English and Dutch language, spoken and written
  • Can produce visual information components, such as graphics and video
